I was a longtime patient of Dr. Brown, who previously ran this practice and retired recently. He found an excellent successor in Dr. Strand. She and her staff are friendly and professional; I always feel comfortable and well-cared for. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Brown is the best! Been going to him for over 20 years and he is a lifesaver.

Dr Brown is a lifesaver! I have always had back problems. Done all the injections and tests with pills and was always in pain! My Dad told me about Dr Brown and I’m so glad he did. I injured my back with pain down my legs from picking up my daughter and I collapsed to the ground. I couldn’t walk at all without screaming. My first session with Dr Brown and I could walk! Still had pain but I could move! My next session and I didn’t need my walker or Cain anymore!!! And he is much cheaper then any other Dr out there! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

This office sent me a bill in 2018 for services received in 2016. I had gone to them for a couple of in-network office visits, and I thought all I would be paying was my office visit copay. I was very surprised when 15 months later I got a bill for additional services not covered by my insurance. Apparently they charged me for additional things that occurred during the office visits such as two \spinal manipulation\ 45 each and \electric stimulation\ 30. I guess the guy did crack my back, but I definitely don't remember any electricity being used. I talked to the billing department about this, and they were unhelpful. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Dr. Brown does seem like a nice guy, but honestly, the delayed surprise billing situation really upset me. Be careful you know what you will be charged for (and when you will get your bill) if you go to this doctor.

Dr. Jeffrey Brown is superb. He was referred to me by my primary care Internist I had multiple areas of subluxation (pinched nerves, tight muscles, pain, stiff neck, lower lumbar pain, sciatica, etc) and in only 3 visits I was essentially pain free and sleeping well again. I have seen Dr. Brown 5 times now and will be seeing him 2x a month for the remainder of the year for general health and to keep my spine in alignment. I was so impressed that Dr. Brown discovered my insurance covered visits! I not only had no idea there wa scoverage I presumed there was absolutley none. And that they would be treated as regular Dr office visits and I would only owe a 30 copay per visit for up to 20 normally authorized visits per year and on a pre-approved basis after if needed. What Dr. takes the initiative to hunt that information down? None other that I know. His office hours are very convenient, he is flexible with cancelling visits and rescheduling - an important issue due to the nature of my career, which could cause me to have to stay at work unavoidably. Dr. Brown's demeanor is very easy going, and casual, while he is very intelligent and well versed in myriad ways to treat a physical problem - chiropractic adjustments, accupuncture, exercise, nutritional support and other treatment modalities.
