The local staff employed at their in-school daycare centers have always been pleasant and great to work with. Love the effort they put in and the genuine caring for the children in their care. On the other hand, the management team appears to be quite draconian in their policies, each year adding more restrictions, more ways to demonstrate their sheer contempt for the families that depend on them. I have received numerous unprofessional emails, have been threatened, been billed incorrectly and have reached a point where I no longer can work with their \Learning Center\ branch of the organization. This leaves me in a bit of a bind, but as their management team does not care about the criticality of their services for families, much rather find alternative methods then employ their services again.

Great company! Great employees! Back when I was a single mom of three children, I found myself in a whole and I didn't know how to dig myself out. Although I was already working full time at the time I needed something more in my life. Thankfully with the help and encouragement of GIAG I was able to use their Second Career Program and go back to College. This Company gave me courage to look to the future and make positive changes in my life that I still carry with me today. I am forever grateful for their help and support along my career paths.

Not impressed. I went in to get information on second career, I'm a tax payer worked my ass off and havent claimed anything. I meet the requirements dropped hours and all that. I get told to it was a waste of the counselors time to fill out my application because it might not get approval, and told that I should just stick it doing what I'm doing for work because in 5 years I could be making a living. So I was told to basically strive and live pay check to pay check because a government employee didn't want to do his job, no wait it was a waste of his time. The entire time I was there i felt like he was condensing me. not impressed at all. When I try contacting someone about it no gets back to me
