Glengarry Windows & Doors installed new windows in our 35 year old home, of which made the house look brand new again! Tim Charron, the Product Consultant, was very friendly and personable making for a memorable experience. The windows are of great quality, at an affordable price point. A job well done!

Contacted this company in March for an estimate for three windows. I confirmed that they were still in operation and working during COVID as they were deemed an essential service and that there would be no issue coming to my home to give an estimate. I was told that they would be in contact “soon” when they would come. I did not hear from them for 2 weeks so I called back to see if there was an update so I could schedule time off work/make sure I was home for when they were planning to arrive. I was told that the estimator “was not in the area this week but would probably be next week” and they would call a couple days in advance to confirm the date and time. Again, I did not hear from them so I contacted them for an update. I heard the same excuse every time I called for the next 4 months. Mind you my home is within 30 minutes from their location. I stopped calling to check on the update of the estimator in June as I was tired of getting the run around and I contacted another company for their services. It is now a few days from September and I still have not heard from the company. All in all, it is their loss as I am now replacing all the windows in my home.
I would like to give thumbs up to the professionlism and great work GWD provided from the phone call to same day quote. The next day their contractor came in for the final measurements on front door and two windows. Order then was placed to have them custom size made had to wait for a bit 4-6 weeks. Once I followed up if they were recieved with in a day or two they came in to install. Excellent work would recommend them very well done cleanup all around. From a Cornwall customer....
