It was pretty nice place to buy a car. They did what they could to help me. My truck has a recall on it. And I don't have any kind of credit card to get a loaner. The truck that I bought is the only thing for me to drive. But they are working out something for me to have a loaner car to drive until my truck is fixed. How many places goes out of their way to make sure you have something to drive. I will definitely be back. my whole family has always bought their vehicle from Mike over the years.

I bought a 2020 ford fusion in June. I bought my car from Jason Nuckels and he was nothing less than excellent. For the service department at the Alexandria location, i cannot say the same. I has been nothing but a hassle with them. A few weeks ago, my check engine light came on and I was informed that it was not a big deal and I needed to understand that Ford does not make perfect vehicles and it would be over a month before they could look at my car. Today, I took my car for its regular oil change. I usually do “The Works” package like I did today. My car needed an alignment as well. I paid my 132 dollars and left. After I left, I looked over the “check up” paper you’re given. Everything was marked green. I went to that service appointment knowing my front left turn signal was out. I noticed that on the sheet “Front Lighting” was marked green. I found that odd considering I have a turn signal out. I called to make sure that turn signals were covered in that category; they are. If I can’t trust ford to check something as simple as a turn signal how can I trust them with bigger things? When they seen a young female they automatically dismiss you and assume you have no idea what you’re talking about. After this, I will not be taking my car to Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria again for any service.
