Both my husband and I are vets and both of us have been matched with counselors perfect for our individual needs. We were hesitant (VA services are hit or miss)... but the quality of care and counselor selection is EXCEPTIONAL here.

The receptionist was extremely rude to me and my husband. This was an extremely disappointing and disgusting behavior. This is how you treat veterans? Especially those who suffers from PTSD, depression and anxiety. The sole reason why we were even there. Before that, the Vet center seem to have deleted my husband's second counseling session and every time I try to reschedule something always seems to distract the receptionist. They always seem rushed and short every time we step into the building.
