What a shame. After reading all the nice reviews about this place and that it's family owned I really wanted to consider these guys as one of my options and compare quotes. I call at 12:40 p.m seeking a quote and provide all of my information, I'm told that she will get back to me in an hour or so. As I eagerly wait an hour passes then 2 and so on. Finally I decided to call back at around 3:30 p.m to see what's going on. She apologizes and says she will call whoever to get the quote right away and will call me right back. It's now 40 minutes after their office has closed and I have not received a call back. I suspect it's because I'm a brand new driver (In my 20's) that I guess I'm not worth a call back and deserve to be lied too twice in the same day. Genuinely disapointed to be treated this way since we all had to start somewhere. Now I'm worried that I gave these people all of my info and will definently keep an eye out for anything suspicious. Besides I doubt they would of been able to beat 323 a month offered by another, clearly more professional broker who actually cared enough to call me back.

They have been my broker since 2005. No other broker had the time back then to help but Alfa who took the time and effort to listen and work together - and take a chance on a young entrepreneur. Its always nice to stop by. A family run business is a rarity today and I am happy to keep my business with them.
