First of all Sam the sales manager was very helpful in assisting me to find the perfect chair, he would describe the chair over the phone and how he thinks it would benefit me, he was very honest and could have sold me a more expensive chair but instead the one I had chosen he thought was probably better for me. I was blown away by the sheer amount of customisation you can have on the chairs. I'd chosen a Jet Black material but there was countless permutations that I could have gone with in different types of fabric and wildy different colours. Plus a 5-year warranty on the chair is fantastic! To anyone who is looking for comfortable, long lasting desk chairs look no further than this site. Highly recommended for sheer ammount of choice and outstanding customer service too.
