There are 4 pumps for filling up at this station, 2 diésel on the left and 2 petrol on the right in the central island. We were waiting to fill up at the diesel pumps when another car entered via the exit lane and parked next to the petrol pumps. She then took one of the diesel pumps and brought it around to her car, skipping the queue. When my partner asked her what she was doing she shrugged it off and filled up. The employee working at the station then came out and proceeded to do nothing at all because he knew her and laugh with her about the whole thing. Very poor handling of the situation by the person that’s supposed to be monitoring these things.
