Another failure by this joke of a company. Two parcels were sent from the same company, with the same address etc. One was delivered, one was returned back to Netherlands on the same day. Your lack of professionalism and basic ethics is unbelievable. Not sure where you find people that you keep as employees (hard to call it work) but the problems they cause by their laziness, lack of basic skills and just a will to finish really basic tasks - even here, in Andalusia, your standards are non existent.
The delivery company that does not deliver!!!! Absolute disaster like everyone else has said! Checking their Facebook page is even worse and the complaints date back much further than before COVID!

The worse shipping company ever and they don’t even deliver most of the time you have to waste time and energy to go pick up after paying for delivery. Worst ever
