Just ask for Brennon. It is rare to find a salesman that will listen to what you want and not push other unwanted options down your throat. He listened to what I wanted/needed and delivered. They get things done quickly and efficiently.

Rosen had a 2019 Tucson, Hyundai certified, AWD, Value trim with 20k miles for 18,921 posted on their web site. I spoke with a sales person, they verified the listing description, price and the vehicle was available. Upon arrival I looked at the car and test drove it. It fit my needs. Sat down with the salesperson and I made a cash offer. It was taken to the Sales Manager, upon return the price was \u003e22K (excluding tax, title and license as I was from out of state). The price sheet presented to me had an additional fee \u003c200 for VIN etching, IL state fees, doc fees and 2,295 for the Hyundai Certification . We spoke of the vehicle being advertised as Hyundai Certified, price listed was 18,921. I was surprised at this tactic to add to the internet price for the Certification as it was in the description posted, not additional fees were noted. I indicated I do not do business with dealerships that pulled these shenanigans, it was deceptive and left. I returned and asked the Sales Manager about the internet price and vehicle description and then adding the Certification fees. He agreed the vehicle was described as being Hyundai Certified and listed for 18,921. He shared with me to find the Certification fee, you had to price the vehicle and then click on the Price Detail and after scrolling down the page iit describes the additional fee for Certified in small print. I commented this was a shady B*** S*** way to do business and left.

SCAM ALERT.... BUYER BEWARE!!! I have to applaud the Sales/Finance team at Rosen Hyundai for being so blatant to rip people off. Was interested in a 18' Hyundai Elantra listed for 14,990 on the ROSEN website. (screen shot attached) Received a purchase order with the car listed for 16,339. Red flag 1. They then attempted to charge 3,261 for the CPO certification after acknowledging the average for the CPO certification is 2,395, but Rosen charges 1,895 for the CPO certification. Still attempting to find out how 3,261 was generated. Red flag 2. The icing on the cake is when they attempted to thrown in a hidden 600. When reviewing the purchase order (screen shot attached), vehicle price - 16,339, CPO certification - 3,261, document fee - 303.60, sales tax - 1,164.98, license, title, & registration - 326. Somehow the total provided by Rosen Hyundai was 21,994.58. Upon adding the figures, the total price is 21,394.58. Where is the 600 difference going? Red flag 3. I am highly disappointed and WILL NEVER do business with Rosen Hyundai and advise anyone that I know to be aware of their shady tactics. This is the exact reason people dread car dealerships.

We went in last week to purchase a new car. On Monday we had a plan to go to a few different dealerships to test drive cars and go home that evening and discuss. We met Mike Becker that day and had a great test drive and conversation with him. He presented us with the out the door numbers for us to discuss, but did not pressure us to buy that day. After an evening of discussion and some sleep, we went back on Tuesday morning to Rosen Hyundai to purchase our new Santa Fe. Mike brought out another model we asked to see and the numbers just so we could make the best decision for us. Again, no pressure to purchase. He was able to track down the exact Santa Fe we wanted and we took delivery on Wednesday. Everything went so smoothly from the sales to financing to the walk through of the car. We are so happy with our purchase from Rosen Hyundai and highly recommend seeing Mike Becker!

Eddie was a pleasure to work with! We were able to work out most of the deal via email before I came in for a test drive. Saved a lot of time at lease signing. He was very helpful in explaining all the options of each trim and was able to answer all my questions. Once I decided on the Santa Fe I wanted, he arranged to have it delivered in only 2 days! When I sat down with Tim to finalize the deal, there were some miscommunications and questions that were cleared up quickly and I was ultimately very pleased with my lease terms and payment. After the signing, Eddie spent time showing me around my new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of my new Santa Fe, and took the time to walk me through all the safety and tech features. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience at Rosen Hyundai!
