I've always had good service here. Everyone speaks English and is helpful. Sometimes there is a queue outside but I think it's because of Covid-19 restrictions on number of customers allowed inside.

I would think twice before using this bank! The staff are happy to lie blatantly to your face. Not sure if it is because we are English or they might treat all there customers this way.
