We went last Saturday night. The place were very busy, so the waiter said very kindly that they have a delay. Really worth waited for the food!! Everything tasted very authentic and delicious. The portions are very generous!! I love it this place, really enjoy the food and the kindly service.

First time trying Tunisian food and it’s damn good. I highly recommend ordering the Berber rice with lamb. Very friendly service and quite reasonable prices.

Super delicious food! Very big portions and very affordable. I’ve never tasted spices like these and I just Ed loved this new experience. So happy we came!
First time at Ali Baba's and first time having Tunisian Cuisine. We went there on Good Friday, of course the place was very bussy and you could see the staff (I should say the family, as it is a couple and their son) doing their best. We ordered and the waiter (the son) let us know which dishes were the fastest and the delay that may be in other mains, we were on holidays and we were more than happy to wait while having a Turkish Melon soda. We ordered a Tajine Jelbana and a kascrute (Lamb option). Both dishes were AMAZING!!! The flavours and spiciness of the harissa in the tajine, and the amazingly tenderness (for real, i think this is the most tender chunks of lamb i've ever had) and flavour layers of the Kascrute, thw home made bread was extremelly delicious! I have never been to a Tunisian cuisine restaurant before but i am sure that i am gonna have a hard time trying to find a place as authentic, fresh and delicious. The staff (The whole family) were amazingly friendly and we left a well deserved tip. 100% recommended!
First time to try Tunisian food and Im so happy with what I've ordered... Kascrute chicken was so yummy, cheese melts on your mouth and I don't mind the veggies inside because I ate it all. Will try kebab next time...
The yummiest food!! EVERYTHING is good! Kascrute was my favourite.... then I tried a pizza! OMG!!! SOOO delicious!!! - food is good, pricing is actually really affordable and reasonable, staff are nice and the place is always clean.... 100% going back.
Best food I had in Rotorua. Had the Kascrute with lamb meat and will highly recommend it. My friends ordered 2 rice and one pasta dish and they too were singing praises. Might drive to Rotorua just to enjoy the food here. Kudos!
