Do not use this company! Alice Dedge installed a new septic system for us in January 2017. The drain field failed May 2020. Called her and she advised she would send one of her guys the next day. No one showed up yet, has been three weeks, no response. Two other contractors have advised the field should have had a fiberglass shield to prevent failure. The outlet pipe to the field from the septic tank had dropped 8 inches. To repair the failed field is 5200.00. According to Alice she has no responsibility after the field passes final inspection!! Do not use this company!

Our septic system was really old and started making problems, called Alice ASAP as we saw the problem, they came and installed a brand new septic system. Thanks!
