This is a typical smaller furniture store with lots of nice merchandise. The sales lady that assisted us was pretty helpful but I felt like we were just a number. They were happy to take our money but there were issues getting any good answers for the delivery. We kind of got tossed around a bit when she knew we were in a rush to get it by Christmas.

Had a wonderful experience with sales woman Maria. She was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and honest about the products. She took her time with us and helped us in making sure we got all the necessities for our products without breaking the bank. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase.

Lacks Is lacking. Not very nice staff with a poor attitude. I’m fairly new to the area and didn’t buy my appliance here but called to see if they could recommend someone local. I’m used to much friendlier people in small towns. Every question was a quick “no”. They wouldn’t let me talk to the repair department to see if one of them knew a peer, then she said it’s a small town and “no one goes here”. I won’t be shopping Lacks again.
