I bring my mom twice time in here and she decided to follow her physical therapy till whenever doctor said, before here she went to different physical therapists and never been happy she is very sensitive and said they are dirty but here has good therapists and super clean and very lovely and friendly people, the woman works on the receptionist is very nice and polite we arrived 5 minutes late and she rescheduled our appointment in the same day and made me so happy in other locations I never remember one time we arrived 1 minutes later and they canceled but how nice these people God bless to them because they understand their patients my mom is full of pain and she is very sensitive and moody but when I picked her up she was happy and active just wanna say thank you and 100% recommend to other people

I came in for my first appointment yesterday. While I went into the room with the physical therapist the receptionist came in the room to tell me my prescription was expired, which was weird cause I got in mid February. I called my doctor that gave me the referral and she told me that’s impossible and it’s not expired. I told another receptionist this and she checked herself and it was not expired. After a half hour passed they tried continuing the appointment, but could only offer 20 minutes because all that time was spent trying to figure that out. I canceled my appointment because I am not paying a copay for a 20 minute appointment. So unprofessional and frustrating. The therapist apologized and was very nice but the receptionist seeming like she didn’t want to admit she made a mistake and did not apologize. Do not recommend, you should not feel uncomfortable within the first 10 minutes of walking in and these receptionists sure make you feel that way. Absolute waste of time, there are much better physical therapists that don’t make you go through all this fuss without even seeing a therapist yet.

Aliso Viejo Physical Therapy is absolutely the BEST! The front desk, Olivia, is fantastic. Office Manager Liz is super. I witnessed another client treat them terribly today. The client's attitude was the problem. The physical therapists are wonderful. I recommend this business as the absolute best. If you get your physical therapy with them your body will thank you. Mine does with LESS PAIN.

Every time I called for appointment for a physical therapy, always need take 2 weeks to get one, if you are injured, need physical therapy, wait after two months, seems no point, make me wonder, maybe this place just don ‘t like take HMO patient, also, the girl answer the phone sure pretty rude.

I've had physical therapy at Aliso Viejo Physical Therapy on 3 different occasions over the past 5 years. I had an excellent experience each time. The therapists are easy to talk to, knowledgeable and very friendly. I recovered much sooner than expected and I'd be happy to return here if necessary.
