This place is beyond exceptional. From the front office answering the phone to the tech that quickly registers you to the most compassionate doctors in any urgent care office. This is a hidden gem and my first option if I need the best health care. A big thanks to the front line for working so hard. I am grateful.

I had both a video visit with the doctor and also went in for treatment at Hoag Urgent Care Aliso Viejo. My video visit with the doctor was great and after our discussion I had options for treatment of my condition. (Great personal care even on a video call.) I decided to visit the Urgent Care after my call. The Staff and Doctor were great. I was seen in about 5 minutes after I arrived. About 20 minutes later I was done and couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision to go for treatment. Thank You Hoag Urgent Care!

Stacie Schnee is the RUDEST person in the medical field I have EVER come across! She and her coworker there today 1/8/2021, 3pm. Two days ago, my husband officially changed our insurance to Hoag since he is a patient of Hoag Hospital brain and spine. I needed a simple referral for two separate problems. One that is 7 years old and another 2 decades. I was prompted to check in at the front desk through written instructions. I had my temp checked and was directed to the front desk. Immediately, Stacie told me that I was having Covid symptoms. Since when do medical staff tell a patient what they’re symptoms are when in fact I’m there for chronic issues??? She told me to leave rudely and abruptly. She would not let me speak or ask questions. She continued to argue with me and tell me to leave. We frequent Hoag Newport Beach as a patient of Dr Duma, Hoag Irvine Physical Therapy, and Hoag Infusion Center. I have NEVER been treated this way by anyone till now; not at Hoag, not anywhere else on this planet. This “pandemic” you speak of is NOT LICENSE TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE VARMINT! I’m shocked this institution would employ such low lives when there are many people in need of jobs!!! You will be dealt with.

The staff was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The office was very clean and tidy! Made in a walk in appointment online and had a good experience all around. Doctor was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely come back!
