Travelled all the way from AL to CA for interview after going through phone screening process. The next Friday followed up and was told they want to offer me position and could they have and check my references. I replied and asked if they could verbally advise what the offer was to ensure it was we had discussed previously and if it was I would provide several references they could check before doing written offer. Was notified the following Monday AM that they changed their mind and aren't going to hire anyone? Hugh??? What would have happened to me and my family if we had moved to CA from AL and 3-6 months later they decided we don't want to have anyone in the role you were hired for and now am out of a job and screwed!

Mark Hanson only thinks for himself he don't care or help employees he is an idiot and management should see of everything he is doing he has no knowledge of the work that it's been done he is a joke and I have no respect for this dummy I hope he gets replaced with someone who really cares, have the knowledge and help the employees
