Love this place! Ashley is very helpful and can answer any question you have! Savannah and everyone else are so friendly! Definitely will continue to go! So many choices for tanning beds and the Mystic is always great!

This is the future of tanning beds right here. Unbelievable technology I’ve never seen at any tanning salon and I’ve been to A LOT. After coming to this location to tan in their top of the line equipment, even the lower level beds are great. But to top this experience off, I was given a tour of each bed they have by Ashley, trying to decide whether to upgrade or not and was able to help customers while still being helpful with me. She went above and beyond my expectations and PBT has yet to let me down

Most expensive spray tan I have ever purchased and the worst spray tan I have ever paid for. I was explicit with the Manager that I wanted a dark tan for a special event. I did a "cocktail" meaning a high level tanning bed first, followed by a spray tan in the Mystic booth. I paid extra for a color boost. I questioned the total lack of color right after the tan and was assured it would darken a lot over the next 4 to 6 hours. It did not darken. At 6 hours I showered and by the next day, nothing or negligible color. I had to hire an in-home spray tan artist to come spray me the next day, costing me more money. Unfortunately I was leaving town for the special event and couldn't go back to the salon and get a refund. I am an experienced spray tan client so I know the drill and this was by far the biggest waste of time and money I have ever spent in a salon. I would use a home spray out of a can before I would ever use this company again.
Quick and easy. Ciara was a great help and such a doll. I have very fair skin and she got me in where I was supposed to for the perfect amount of time. Big thank you to ciara.

I love Palm Beach Tanning! Especially the Aliso Viejo location where I frequent most often. All the employees are super nice! On my recent visit, Kenna was most helpful explaining the differences and benefits of what products would be best for me! Thank you Kenna! I highly recommend Palm beach Tan!
I was so happy when this location switched from unique tan to palm beach tan. The staff is amazing especially Danny his customer service is above and beyond, they have great deals on tanning and if you get their diamond membership you can spray and tan in a bed as much as you want! This is probably one of the best tanning salons I have been too, the staff will take their time explaining lotions/tanning processes to you and won't get frustrated when you ask a million questions like I do. They are supposed to be getting more updated beds in soon as well, go here you'll love it!! :)
