After reading reviews on google, I was very concerned about my BBQ being delivered after Christmas or being damaged. Some reviews stated that they didn’t answer the phones, lied about delivery dates etc. I received a call on a Friday and scheduled a delivery for Monday between 10am-1pm. Around 1:30pm on Monday I didn’t hear anything so I called the office and was advised that the delivery driver had a family emergency and couldn’t make the delivery. Reading the reviews about them lying, I was thinking “here we go”. But the nice lady over the phone assured me that another driver would be delivering the next day. Next day comes around and I hear a delivery truck pull up and it’s my BBQ. The driver was courteous and the package was not damaged. He even placed it where I wanted it. I would of given them 5 stars except for the fact that they didn’t give me a call on the first day to advise me that they wouldn’t be delivering. But overall I am happy with their service.

Nobody answers, nobody calls you back. Hard to find out where your order is when you can't speak to someone. Very frustrating. I've been calling for 2 days and have left several voicemails, nothing. The shipment left Arizona for California on 9/29. We still haven't seen this. I could have walked it here by now.

Getting a hold of this company is like trying to pull teeth. Not only has it taken over a month to deliver 3 skids to one of my receivers in Yucca Valley, CA (which came from Toronto, ON). But I haven't been able to even get a hold of them in over 2 weeks! I have called every extension possible, even sales wont answer! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM ALL FREIGHT.

Was interlined from SAIA and phone rep stated it would be a week for 1 hour and 36 minute distance. I was phone rep if this could be improved and I was put on hold indefinitely.

Cannot get through to a live person. They missed three delivery dates with no call to let me know. Everytime I actually speak to someone it's a new and different excuse. I did not choose them nor would I ever do so.
