As a first time customer, I was relieved to find a service where I felt important to the provider. After my thorough hearing exam, the Audiologist explained in detail the issues with my hearing. She answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand. She reviewed my insurance to find hearing aids that met my need. I was impressed by details she provided and the options that were explained. I asked her about another store's brand and she explained that she wasn't familar with their brand, but said that I needed to make sure that they were adjustable to my future hearing needs. When I told her that I was a veteran, she said I should check with the VA that they have some excellent hearing aids if I qualify. There was no pressure to buy from her. I highly recommend All Generations Audiology.
