Powered up my phone at home after getting screen replaced and it had a black blob in the middle of the screen. Alex dodged me for 3 days, cancelled the appointment he set to repair it again then called the police because I got irritated and was told don't contact him again. I now have a phone that doesn't work and I'm out 150...Dang it repair charges 99tax, so he over charged me as well!! HORRIBLE VALUE, HORRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM

Bad business practices.. Custom built computer this year and had to be taken in for repairs, 3rd time in for repairs now, all different issues. Keeps it for weeks and replacing different components. Alex is a nice guy but it looks like i will unfortunately will have to take other legal actions to resolve the issues.
