Dave is a Super Hero! After a gas line repair to my stove rendered the oven not working, I was left twisting in the wind by that repairman about fixing the issue. The first call I made had a 3 week waiting time for an appt! I found Dave, who made magic happen that same day! He was responsive, very knowledgeable and quickly ascertained that the original repairman has bumped a shut-off lever at the back of the stove unwittingly shutting off the gas supply to the oven. Dave saved the day and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any of your appliance repair needs.

He was great! Very friendly and informative, went above and beyond not only to make sure the problem was fixed but to make sure I was aware of anything else that could cause problems in the future (I.E. lint buildup in the fan) and how to prevent them. He worked very efficiently and was in and out in an hour. Great guy!
When I called Dave I asked him to listen to the sound the fridge made. He instantly knew what the problem was and came to fix it. Dave was reliable, showed up on time or early. After getting rid of the noise,he suggested getting a plumber to fix a valve. I called a plumber and no one called back but Dave did to ask if the plumber had visited yet. When I said no he said I’ll come back and fix it. And he did. Thanks for all your help. You’re the best. Kamloops is lucky to have you.
An absolute waste of 100. The tech phoned us 10 times with different questions about the washer, even though we had given him the same information numerous times. Showed up late and proceeded to let us know our washer was an inferior brand. He stated that he would start with the pump and if that wasn't the problem he would check other parts. Still waiting for the phone call for the price of the pump. Save your money!
I called due to my fridge not working. After telling him the situation he told me “I see urgency, call someone else”. What kind of service is that?
