Been here twice, informative without being pushy for a sale. After my 12yr old Rotties op. and with her very sensitive stomach, I got great help with chosing a suitable dry food (she's been on other dry food from a puppy) and a frozen food that she gets once a day. The owner was very informative and listened when I explaianed just how sensitive she is to food. A tiny bit more expensive than my usual supplier but DON'T let that deter you from the excellent service and advice here. When you've got a sick pet you want help and advice not instruction and help is what you get here. AAA***

Absolutely love this shop. Extremely friendly people who are always willing to listen to my moans and stories about my new puppy. Very helpful and basically know their stuff. My picky puppy would not eat much, now just got home with some puppy raw food and she ate it in seconds. Thank you!!! Definitely recommend as it is a pet shop where they even remember your name!!!

really good quality food supply for animal.(mouse/rats for our snakes don't 'smell'). I dont have a dog but a super range of organic meal. very helpful and knowledgeable shopkeeper. always have a good chat there and find what I need.
