I had an excellent experience. Nicholas did a fantastic job on my car - it was for a lease return and it went back in immaculate condition. I was expecting to pay lots of money for scratches and bodywork but I had nothing to pay after Nicholas work. His colleague also sorted out my alloys which were all scratched really badly. Really good service and very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and use again

Nick arrived on time and spent all day to bring a grey van up to a sparkling white van. It was a bit daunting to look at, but Nick took it in his stride. He clearly would not stop until it was up to his own standard. It is so rare these days to find a true professional, left giving advice on keeping the finish A1 for the future. I will not hesitate to get Nick in again, his efforts are well worth the money.
Nick valeted the car superbly. He was attentive, courteous, pleasant but above that, highly professional. I am incredibly pleased with the job he undertook and the time spent. Whereas most people like to complain when there are issues, I do believe outstanding service is often forgotten. Exceptional service should be commended when received and Nick exemplifies this.
I was able to get a convenient appointment within 24 hours of making the initial call. I’m due to return my lease car soon and being able to schedule the appointment at short notice was incredibly handy. Typically, I’d left it until last minute... Nicholas valeted my car to the highest standard and even polished the scratches out, which I didn’t think would be possible! This now means that I can return the car at showroom standard and has given me some much needed peace of mind. Nicholas was understanding, friendly and professional throughout. It’s clear that he puts 100% into his work. I’m very impressed and I’d thoroughly recommend his services to anyone looking to have their car valeted. Thanks again Nicholas!
