I signed my son up for 9U/10U tryouts for 25. We went to the tryout and at the end were told we would be contacted the following week. We weren't called so the following week I called to find out what was going on. Rob told me that they liked my son's talent but they didn't have enough kids to make a team. I told him that there were enough kids at the tryout for a team so why wasn't there going to be a team. He said they have 9U/10U tryouts but they have 9U and 10U separate teams. There weren't enough kids for a 10U team. After thinking about it I called for a refund of my 25...they knew going into the tryout (since it was the second and last tryout) that there wasn't enough kids. They wasted my time and money even showing up. I have called 2 times and emailed Rob and he hasn't responded to my request for a refund. The guy Jake I just spoke to said their policy is no refunds but they took my money when they knew there wouldn't be a team. I didn't pay for an evaluation...I paid for a TEAM tryout. It isn't a lot of money but it is the point...how many people do they steal money from in the same manner.

Don't waste your money! This facility is a joke! They make promises they can't keep and, or follow through with. They promise 1 on 1 meetings with player/parents to discuss academics and colleges, which they never did, along with discussing player's college list they asked for from player's. They provided absolutely nothing for a player to move on to the next level. Next they have an ignorant trainer/coach T.D. at the Cherry Hill location. That puts kids down telling them suck, cursing at them, and just being completely unprofessional. A complete year of wasting thousands of dollars to get absolutely nothing from their program. Absolutely would never recommend All Star to anyone. Find other facilities. There are plenty that are more professional than All Star.

Attended an hour long session, they were professional and strategic in the lession. My child has an interest and has played in a parent run league for a few yrs and its not enough practice and rarely hit the ball ( im not keen on sports) but my son confidence was low and he started to get frustrated always being in the outfield. My 1 day session i noticed a change in my son confidence and the coaches did as well. Facilities like this has prevented parent injury as my son was asking me to pitch to him and throw with him . I will return for winter training to get my kid ready Thank you for reading my post
