This is my first negative Google review on a company, I don't take this type of review haphazardly. My experience with All Star Elevator has NOT been good. For nearly a year I had been lead along that All Star would be out to service a piece of equipment, it never happened rendering the chairlift useless. My advise to anyone that depends on assistance type equipment; look elsewhere, All Star is not the place you can rely on to keep your critical equipment working.

Spent 25,000 on an elevator which has had very minimal use in my mother-in-law’s home. Elevator already doesn’t work after a couple years and we have been trying to get it serviced for over a month so we could get her moved to a home with better care. Every time they promised to have someone come and they didn’t call or show. Mom passed away this week Tuesday before we could get her moved. Very disappointed that we spent that much with a company that doesn’t back up their product.

After waiting for another company to figure out my problem (6 mos) and 3000.00 I contacted Wayne and his team, in no time they had me up and running for less than half of what I had spent for no results with the other firm.
