All Temp replaced my electric baseboard heating system with an all new heat pump system (ductwork, wiring, vents, etc). We hit a few bumps in the road; but they were very professional, responsive to all my calls & with a couple of adjustments, I am really happy with my new system. This was my first visit for the annual maintenance contract. Serviceman was on time for his appointment, courteous and professional. He spent about 2 hours checking over all parts of the Train HVAC/Humidifier system and was very helpful in advice regarding raising level of humidity in the house as well as lowering my heating bill by adjusting the differential between AM/PM temperatures. I found Chris to be a very polite, informative and friendly serviceman. I believe All-Temp is fortunate to have a young man such as this on their staff.

All-Temp got us in quickly, and the on call technician was so sympathetic. Our radiator was leaking, and our boiler had a steady drip from the overflow valve. They sent us Michael the very next day, and he was so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. It’s our first house with a radiant heating system, and he answered all of our questions, took his time explaining things, and gave us tips for maintenance. I couldn’t be more pleased with his customer service and hands-on skill. Definitely recommend.
