Top notch shop. I've purchased several motorcycles over the past few months from All Terrain Motorsports and they have in each case met or beat my expectations for pre and post sale communications and deal finalization. The sales staff understands we are a busy rental motorcycle business and they go out of their way to expedite the sales process and paperwork delivery when requested. They consistently greet me by my first name when I come in which is something you don't see everyday. Their parts counter staff is on point. They are friendly and efficient. We service a lot of motorcycles and thus far the service guys have shown an interest in how we like to maintain our fleet and I expect nothing but a good experience from this department as well. Great buying experience. I called and wasn’t sure what machine I wanted was kind of back and fourth on razor vs canam, Tony gave me a good idea of what differences where between the two. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient through out the process. Not only that BEST PART of this whole thing was there was no bogus fees. It was extremely transparent from beginning to end. They didn’t have the exactly model and color combo on the can am I wanted , they allowed me to put a deposit down and I was a little skeptical at first, but within a week the can am was there and I purchased it. If you are looking for not only a professional sales process but a reliable dealer this is the one. Thank you again for your help Tony, and everyone at All terrain motor sports.
We just love the service and the parts department is great. The service department does a great job as well. They help us keep our 2008 Yamaha Rhino running wonderful. Love to go out and play
