To: The Fuller Family I don’t think there are words to say Thank you enough for your kindness, compassion, professionalism and fairness. You all took a very sad and devastating situation, the loss of my husband of 33 years and made it bearable. It was not just a business transaction for you, it was truly handled as a compassionate event in my life. My first contact was Shane Fuller and he was absolutely, kind, gentle, knowledgeable and made the planning of the details of my husbands funeral very simplified so you don’t get bogged down in the ordeal. He had everything detailed out so I knew exactly what I needed and how everything was to proceed. This was not a normal local funeral as my husband died in Emory and was to be buried in Houston, Texas. They handled all the details and kept me out of the middle. They truly were magnificent. The entire family is a team they all know what is going on and make this ordeal a kinder, gentler situation. I’m sure that sounds strange for a funeral but noting was left undone and everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
