Bulk TV has deceptively withheld important pricing information from us even when we requested it. They charged us an exorbitant amount for nearly a year. Only after talking to the competition and threatening to leave did they disclose that they actually offered a rate 4 times cheaper than what they were charging us. On top of the deceptive pricing information the technicians who have served our property were very unprofessional. They were simply sitting around for nearly an hour saying that “you have to pay us for 2 hours at minimum” so they planned on sitting around for an hour and a half then do 30 minutes of work. I have submitted an official complaint to Bulk TV and will also submit this complaint to Direct TV. I have submitted a proposed compromise to address the period of time they charged us 4 times higher than what the service we actually wanted costed and an agreement going forward. They currently have not resolved this issue nor agreed to our prosed compromise. We will continue to document our extreme dissatisfaction through online reviews and complaints to the Better Business Bureau.
