I bought a used Everett piano from Allegro Keyboard and I could not be more pleased with the purchase. Jeff opened the store for us on a Saturday and not only showed us several pianos in our budget but also educated us as to what to look for in a quality piano. Jeff personally delivered the piano and made sure it was in tune and properly functioning before he left. My daughter whom we purchased the piano for is grinning from ear to ear and loves the way the piano plays and sounds.

My husband has been wanting a piano for forever and Allegro had numerous older, well-maintained (the one we chose was built in 1924 and is beautiful) pianos to choose from. It needed a small amount of work that was very reasonably priced, which they did before delivering it to our home. Jeff Atkinson, the owner, is incredibly kind and competent and he has our business for life.

So kind! I needed a power supply for a keyboard. They didn't have it in stock unfortunately, but the owner offered to order it for me. I told him no, saying I could find it myself a little cheaper, and he was polite, telling me to make sure I get certain things correct with my order so I get what I need. I wanted to support local and told him should I need anything else I'll check back here first. Super kind, polite, helpful, and really put me in a good mood!

Rip-off artist! Run far...run fast! If I could rate no stars I would. My elderly mother walked in to look at keyboards as we were getting ready to sell her grand piano that she had bought with her inheritance several years earlier. Before she left they had convinced her that the 20 year old used keyboard they were having trouble selling was worth a fortune. They convinced her to trade in her grand piano worth over 5k, plus pay them 2,600 for a keyboard that is only worth about 1,500 at best (it is so old it has a floppy drive). They took advantage of her hearing disabilities and lack of knowledge of the value of these instruments. We tried to call and cancel the deal and the owner (who had arranged the deal) refused to return phone calls. They rushed to pick up her piano the next day and drop of the old keyboard. They have NO integrity!

Jeff is a stand up guy. He went above and beyond for me and offered top dollar for my trade in. I'm not always an easy customer in music due to audiophile background in recording. I will always recommend Allegro Keyboard Center to friends and family!
