My daughter has been a piano student at Allergro Music school for approximately 2 years, starting at age 6 and we are thrilled with the experience. The relationship between teacher and student is so critical in creating a sense of comfort and confidence and affects how well they learn. My daughter's teacher really connected and took the time to understand my child's personality thoroughly and create a fine balance of pushing her gently to try some tougher things when needed, understanding when other things were going on in her schedule and she wasn't as diligent as usual in practicing, and giving critical feedback while encouraging and inspiring. That is a rare blend and has established a relationship I am sure will continue for many more years. A number of her classmates also take lessons from various teachers at Allegro and they all get excited as well to share their learning with each other at recitals.
