The shopping center was very crowded I went to Jo-Ann fabrics but when I came out it was crowded outside and people were walking around they were being safe they had their Mass on they were very polite the young lady that helped me at JoAnn fabrics was nice polite the staff was patient understanding I would love to go to Jo-Ann fabrics again but they need to hire some workers other than that I enjoyed shopping at Jo-Ann fabrics I did not go into guitar center I went to Jo-Ann fabrics

Well, this is a great place for artists of all levels to come hand in hand and learn from each other. Where else can you go with such a large selection of instruments and devices and play them for free? Try it before you buy it!!! I just wanted to say something before I go. To be inspired means one must desire to inspire another. The best musician is the one who desires to be the best they can be and not see themselves as being better than another. Great life philosophical tool to engrain inside the brain. Spread it onnnnn!!! Team AP, you guys and gals are great!!! Peace!!!
I love coming here. Even if I'm just browsing. The people that work there treat you like you just spent a couple grand, and that is priceless. That's why I only buy myself or a friends equipment from here. Thanks guys
Amazing place
I haven’t specifically been in person to this store, I’m sure the employees are fantastic and helpful. I have, however, received a guitar from this store along with a call from the manager Alyssa. I purchased a 750 Breedlove Organic Granadillo guitar and shortly after received a call from Alyssa. She let me know that the guitar had been in their humidified acoustic room and was in excellent condition. I expressed my discomfort with receiving a floor model while paying the full price for the guitar, however, she assured me that the guitar was in excellent/like new condition. On top of her assurance, she let me know that Guitar Center didn’t have many of the model left so the odds I found one in box were slim. I received the guitar today and upon unwrapping I found multiple deficiencies in the finish, cracking where the neck attaches to the body, and a large scratch on the back completely ruining the granadillo aesthetic. Needless to say, I’m incredibly disappointed. This may be speculation, but it sure feels like I was sold this guitar so that she could get it out of her storeroom because nobody in their right mind would pay full price if they had seen it in person. I will be returning this to my local GC and hopefully will be able to get what I pay for with my next purchase. Make sure you check any guitar coming from their storeroom before purchasing online.
Great store all around! But I have this one thing against them! There Bass section is lacking some. And I still gave 5 stars.
Amazing customer service. They truly care about the customer at this location. Alyssa the store manager goes above and beyond. Im happy to have bought my guitars here and will be a customer for life!!!
