We have gone there for a couple years and I’ve always loved it. HOWEVER, a few days ago my son got a piece of mechanical pencil in his eye. I called and they said come in by such in such time. I showed up exactly at that time. The optometrist casually saw patients while we waited. Now, I am not a person with a sense of entitlement, but you would think there would be some sense of urgency in getting it out. Then, when she tried, she lost patience with him because he was a) freaked out, and b) someone was coming directly at his eye with something. He got anxious, she said you’re not cooperating and gave us the address to an ophthalmologist office. THEY were so patient and took as long as needed to get that thing out. I understand we interrupted the entire flow of patients at the visionary, but emergencies happen. Plain and simple, we were not a priority at all. The ophthalmologist was shocked the actual eyeball wasn’t scratched due to the amount of time it was in there. I’m doubtful that I want to continue to take my family to The Visionary in the future.

I'm very happy that I switched to the Visionary. (we formerly went a big chain brand) Dr. Ciak was very thorough. Jessica did an excellent job picking out frames for me. My wife was very happy with that! So, I got the sunglasses too! Now my family goes here exclusively. The whole team makes us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I recommend The Visionary.

This place is top notch. I was referred by a co-worker that said they are the best. He didn't lie at all. Great customer service, very thorough exams, very helpful, and they even just followed up with me to see how things were going with the new glasses that I got from them three weeks ago. I've never had an eye doctor follow up like that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone in search of an eye doctor!
