It's my opinion that Top Shelf Liquor has one of the best alcohol selections in the Downriver area. Their prices are competitive and the sheer variety of cold beer can be overwhelming. However, there is friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to help with any questions you may have. My only complaint is, during this pandemic, it would have been nice to see the staff wearing masks if not for themselves at least for the customers.

Went in today for the first time to see the whisky and bourbon they have. Let me try one of the store picks they had available. First liquor store I've been to that offered to let me try before I buy. Discussed the flavor profile I was looking for and he told me to go check at Allen Park Market. Went there and picked up a bottle I had been looking for. Definetly have a new customer. Super impressed with the customer service and selection.
Large collection of whiskeies, shop is clean and well arranged. All prices are labeled. I couldn't find some international brand whiskies, yet, lot of collection out there to choose from. Service was fast and quick, additional parking at rear side of the building.
Top Shelf is fantastic, I’ve been shopping there for years. I’ve purchased wine, vodka, the requisite White Claw, and whisky from them. I’d been asking them about Blue Label for years, always on the fence, and they ordered the Year of the Pig Limited Edition of Blue Label with me in mind, so I bought that today. Their recommendations and customer service are always exceptional.
