I have purchased two cars here. Sadly, my sales rep left and the guy I got was terrible. Disinterested in me even being there. He even passed me off to someone else (The new guy was quite nice.) Weirdly, they would not approve me without me putting down a huge down payment. Yes my credit is good. The car I wanted had too many miles on it, but I liked it. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. Good fortune a week later, I went to Bob Tyler Toyota and bought a Jeep. No down payment. Under my current car payment. A great percentage rate. No issues at all. The people there were happy, they were honest and they got two purchases. My girlfriend bought a car too!
