The repairman came in no time!!!! I came home from a 12 hour shift to no heat! Calling Allen's Family Heating & Cooling was the best part of my day . The lady I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. The repairman Mark N. Was here in less time then I was told . Very respectful and had everything he needed to fix my furnace in his truck. Had my heat working in less then 30 mins . Thank you Allen's Family Heating & Cooling !

Tech spent 20 minuets doing nothing but looking at my furnace, told me which part was making the noise I described and told me the part was 200 (I later priced the part at 75). I canceled them returning to fix it and they sent me a bill for 150 for a service call. I ended up fixing it myself in 5 minutes for less than 100, surely it would have cost me 600 if I had them do it 2 service calls part cost 100% markup and labor. Rip off (owner very rude also)

Mark and Chris installed a new heating boiler system for radiant heat in our home which is somewhat complicated. They arrived early stayed late did a wonderful job and explained how the new system will operate. They have also repaired our central air conditioning system last year when other local companies just wanted to replace it and charge us a lot of money. Would use Allen again for any heating or cooling in our home.

Repair man came to my parents house because of gasket leaking on one of the pumps, your repair man was there 5 minutes told my parents it would be 1000.00 for the pumps and that they needed a new heating system because it also leaks at 100.00 per man per HOUR to help him, with the price of 8700.00 for the new furnace and then, don't forget the price of 100.00 per man per hour. When in fact my parents got another service review and all they needed was the two pumps replaced. My parents paid your repair man 135.00 to look at a pump that is right out in plain sight and be told not correct service information. His assessment lasted a entire 5 minutes for 135.00. Will not recommend this company.

I had an emergency with my furnace. They came right away, on a Saturday during cold temperatures and a snow storm! Chris and Tim were excellent and installed a new furnace. My basement was cleaner when then they left that it was when they started! Excellent job, and I highly recommend Allen's Family Heating & Cooling.
