Wow!! I just can't say enough about your speed and courtesy! Johnny was kind and understanding. He knew I was afraid and put me right at ease while we drove to the dealership after a breakdown on 480. Wouldn't hesitate to call again! Great price and super fast response time. The dispatcher I spoke with was awesome as well, but I didn't catch her name. Thank you all! You made a horrible day just a bit better.

It was good but wish it was more for the price
Dispatch was very friendly and comforting, she made everything much easier. Having a flat on 480 with no spare isn't the most enjoyable things to do at 8am during rush hour. Mark the driver showed his professionalism. He pulled his truck up, and had my vehicle on his flat bed in about 5 minutes. I enjoyed our conversation while driving to the tire shop. Wish I could give the company 10
I called another place and the person on the phone was rude and told me they're not open for another hour even though Google hours showed them as open and that was the reason I called in the first place. Before I could ask another question he hung up. I called Parma towing next and the lady on the phone was super friendly and even though the price was 15 more than last place, I went with Parma towing. The tow driver was also very nice and professional. Highly recommend.
