Just another mediocre VA clinic. Some staff are friendly, but that’s about it. Prepare to constantly get the runaround and no clear answers. When calling prepare to be transferred to nowhere or be put on hold until you give up.

I am relatively new to the entire VA and it’s services. Every appt has been on time and all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of service considering the bad rap the VA has in the media... A to the Allentown clinic!!!

The call center is a nightmare the woman who answered the phone tried to schedule my husband at a bar clinic 2 hours away rather then 20 minutes away and then when I questioned her she put me o. Hold and sent me to a voicemail. This is a great way to treat our veterans ! Bravo
