My experience was welcoming, accommodating and very informative. I'm from out of town and when I visited this store in November for the first time, there was a very rude employee who yelled at me while I was carrying my 5 month old son because I didn't notice the arrows on the floor & we were facing the wrong direction. I left with no intention of coming back (because he was so pretentious about it.) I all but swore off this store, but this visit I was hoping he wouldn't be there, and decided to give it another go; I am so happy I did. Bernadette was so helpful and insightful when providing guidance on the paint I was considering trying out. She was patient with me and answered all my questions (I had a lot.) I must have gone up to the register 4 or 5 times. She was professional and even showed me some personal paint samples of the paint I came to look at. Needless to say, I spent almost 300 on my "sample try-out paints" and left satisfied and happy. Next time I'm in town, I'll be making a stop for some more goodies; there is no Blick where I live. I will also mention that I do a lot of online ordering, but the customer service was awesome, so I just got what I needed today. Thank you for all your help.

Block Art store has everything that I need for art.
This is my favorite store to visit. There are so many wonderful supplies and they helped me order things not carried in the store. Everyone who works here are so kind and helpful. Allie the manager is wonderful! I am Blick customer for life now.
I love going to this store. The atmosphere is great!! The associates are awesome!! It is always a pleasure to visit the store!! You're made to feel you're right at home!!
This is my go to art supply store. I’ve never really needed anyone to help me, but if I did then they’re super knowledgeable. I appreciate their quality, service, and discounts for students. I’m currently attending an art school and they have EVERYTHING I need :)
Happy to be in the store looking to buy supplies, then come to find out there's a huge difference in price if you buy In Store verses Online. Save a wasted trip and order Online.
I live two and a half hours away. we traveled here for a trip for my birthday and my spouse said have at it, get what you want..we spent reasonably about 45 minutes here since I wanted to get things I can’t back at home since we don’t have a blick anywhere near us. Unfortunately the associate there followed us. Everywhere. Wouldn’t leave us alone and kept glaring at us. Gave us very short attitude and found a reason to be the one to check us out, even with another associate there. I honestly feel judged and slighted and slightly heartbroken. As an artist on my birthday this was something I saved up for and I did not expect to be misjudged and babysat by a worker there. I would recommend this store, but not this location. EDIT: I've emailed the GM twice, with no answer.
They have so many materials & that was great, I’d give that five stars. As for customer service, I walked in, there were about four or five people behind the counter, no one comes to ask if I needed help. Also, the cashier , Alex, I believe was his name wasn’t the most pleasant. I was so excited to find a store in PA, but after this visit, I’m not sure I’d want to come back.
