I'll also agree that the management change from father to daughter pushed me to walk out of the store with anger. Was in a few months ago to get a print framed. I wanted a similar frame to work I had done several years ago by the father, which was excellent and fairly priced. An hourly employee (not the daughter) helped me pick out a frame and matte and after he ran the numbers in the computer his eyes got wide and said this has to be wrong, it's showing over 600. So he asked the daughter to come over and she basically said that's the price, you picked the most expensive frame here. I Googled the frame model number and found I could buy the frame for under 75. She got really nasty at this point and told me the online frame would be 'fake' and damaged and she couldn't guarantee it. Then she wanted to know what site I was on because she couldn't believe that price. In the end, I walked out of the store with anger because of her attitude and took my business elsewhere. I have to say my print that was done by the father several years ago is flawless to this day, but I wouldn't go here ever again with the new ownership.

There are better frames and service at many other locations in the Lehigh Valley. Steer clear of Boulevard Frame and Art. Here is why. I ordered two black frames without glass or matting, just the frames. The frames were received with gaps in the corners, chipped paint in the corners and glue fingerprints all over them. I was charged 100 in labor for the job, which took 15 minutes, and billed another 200 for the simple wooden black frames. I showed the manager the gaps, chips and fingerprints. She said, as is. I asked for a refund but was refused. So I left the frames there and walked out the door. My credit card was charged 302 the next day. My wife has been a customer of theirs for 15 years. The change of management from father to daughter,in my opinion, is the problem. I believe I would have been treated respectfully if her Pop was still doing quality control. I also would have been allowed to make the frames myself when he was running the place. Now the fun continues with my first ever credit card charge dispute. If anything changes I will update this review. Until then, they still have my money and my crappy frames.
