I found Allentown Family Dental while looking for a pedodontist to treat my son who was two years old at the time. My preference was for a dental office that could treat the entire family. Dr Tingling is awesome. She is great with kids and you can tell that she is experienced. She was able to do a quick and thorough exam while answering all of my questions and simultaneously keeping my son entertained. My son seemed to enjoy the experience, as much as an active toddler possibly can. I guess I should say he didn't express any fear or discomfort. The rest of the staff is professional and courteous. The facility is clean and there's a small play area for children in the waiting room. I love the fact that you can access your dental info and request appointments online. The only reason I gave four stars is because the pedodontist is only in on Wednesdays. That seems to be common when searching for a specialist, but it still kind of sucks :)

The supportive staff were great with my kid, but im human and have never felt so degraded by a provider. Her tone was very condescending and hurtful. So much that i will never recommend to any family or friend. Very disappointing, especially for a provider accepting military clients.

Very professional staff. Nice facility, clean, quiet and hurt so little I dozed off in the dental chair when Doctor Gately stepped out for a moment.
