Chris really went out of his way to make our first time home buying experience for my wife and I go as smoothly as possible. Chris took time to listen to what my wife and I truly wanted in our first home, readily answered all questions throughout the buying process, and worked diligently to make sure that we got the best purchase price possible. For a first time homebuyer, Chris Hoffman really explained things well and was very professional. I was in a unique situation where I could buy the house I was renting or see a few others in my price range. He went over pros and cons of a number of different homes with me, and it turned out going with the home we were renting was the best decision for us.
