The employees are super nice, but the store is not prepared for customers. They have no carts and we had to wait several minutes for one. The isles are so small. The customers were cutting the line and since they have very few employees the rule-breakers got away with the bad behavior. It's anarchy.

An interesting operation with ostensibly farm and ranch supplies but also a cross of hardware and general store. Esp. with Sears/Kmart gone you might think of here for small mechanical needs, good work clothes and more, of a higher quality than Walmart.

4health brand is the only dog food we get. It helped our dogs stomach problems, she was much less gassy after switching. We also pick up our chicken food and some seeds for the garden. Overall great place. They love when we bring our pup in and she knows right where the treats are at the register. Can’t say enough good things.

Tractor supply has the most helpful staff I have ever known for this type of business. If you call they will help you with any questions you may have and go out of there way. Same thing in person. I wish they would pass some of there great customer service to home depot and Lowes They sell chickens, Trailers, pet food,, clothing tools,tents,locks,safes, cages,and more .There prices are definitely retail its not discounted unless running a sale. They have alot of community partnerships.

Ordered a snowblower on 12/19. It arrived damaged (fuel line shattered and throttle missing). I immediately called for them to pick up but no one will come. Everyone in Customer solutions has a different story about who is responsible to come get this. I've called them every week since 12/28. I emailed customer service and sent pictures of damaged carton and snow blower. No one will come get this item and they won't issue credit until they do so. What a bad experience.

First time I discovered this place existed. It is a little bit out in the farmlands and has that flavor. It's cool.. I like it. Of course it would have been a better experience without the pandemic overcast. So, I came as a result of a targeted search for a very specific lawn mower (tractor), a Cub Cadet walk-behind (awesome, btw). The staff here was very poor.. very unfriendly, unwilling, and/or oblivious. I stood waiting at the customer service counter for a good 10 minutes whilst two employees who were talking and doing I-don't-know-what completely ignored us. It was like we weren't even there! I finally started waving my arms and moving back and forth. Mind you I had my 6-year old daughter and wife with me too and I didn't want to keep my daughter in there any longer than necessary. We finally were connected (after their very long search) with the specialist guy for the tractors, Mike. Now, HE was outstanding! He was extremely helpful and provided all the information that we needed, and loaded us up. In conclusion, I may have given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the customer service drawbacks. I was really debating between 3 and 4 stars, but since my wife said the bathrooms were clean, I will make it 4 stars :)
