Hit and miss with the practise. Can get an appointment within good time and usually caring nurses and doctors. However find the phone receptionists to be sometimes short and rude. Repeat prescriptions are always more than work that what is required and often left having to take time out of work, visit the practise for unnecessary actions. Been left without inhaler medication on regular occasions. Also trying to book an appointment in online booking system is just a waste of time which then leaves you having to call and use up the receptionist valuable time.

The Nurse who saw me on my visit today for a blood pressure and blood test was excellent. Having a phobia of needles, she took her time to put me at ease and also gave me information about relaxing during blood tests. This has been the 1st time, I have had a blood test and not left feeling traumatised. Thank you very much.
