Dr. Kinsel is amazing. She's been very helpful. There are a couple of very rude receptionists i avoid though. They also don't seem too concerned with the mental health of the people they're checking in. Im autistic and have a hard time verablizing sometimes and all they did was snap at me like I was a child in trouble. Y'all need to hire better receptionists or have a talk with the rude ones about their attitude. No one should have to feel unsafe or more anxious than they already are at the doctor's. Please do better.

Ever since this place moved and grew with the needs of the population, the consumer has been lost. Just try calling that ridiculous phone number where you now have to wait 15 minutes to talk to some person that doesn't even work there. I will change clinics for sure as I cannot even get through to anyone there. This turned from amazing (when it was small) to awful (when it moved and grew) overnight.

Jean Kummer is amazing! The person who did my labs today was very nice and I got into my appointment before my time scheduled! However, today 06/11/2020 at 1:00 PM, I checked in with the lady by the door who was getting information from patients about COVID19. Fine. However, she was really unpleasant and asked me for my last name a few different times. I spelt it out to her several times and she was getting annoyed with me really quickly. I was being extremely patient with her and gave her the information but she was too disoriented to listen. Then, she told me to check in with the front desk. The lady at the lower level desk was also very rude and snappy. She told me \take this slip and go have a seat!\ I have already been feeling bad enough with a potential illness I have. When you go to a clinic, you should be treated with respect and care, even if is the person checking you in. First and last impressions are the most important. It seems like many other reviewers feel the same way.

The staff, all but one, is wonderful. There is one person at the front I avoid because she isn't pleasant to interact with at all. (Jenna, and the two middle-aged women with shorter hair are all darling and always welcoming.) That said - I love the metal health provider my daughter sees, and the majority of the staff welcome my child and I with smiles. Bringing an 8 year old in for counseling weekly to help with a high-stress family court case is unpleasant, at best - but the staff has made the entire process at the clinic painless and enjoyable. There's something to be said about people that can turn a stressful experience into one that a child can look forward to each week or so. For that, I am grateful.
