Complete joke. I couldn't go with my wife to her appointment. We went in for an altra sound of are soon to be little one. But the husband's are not allowed in. They say it's because of covid but the place was pretty slow and I watched 5 different people sit in the same chair in the lobby without cleaning. Come on stop using covid as an excuse.

At the entrance I had to fill out a form reguarding Covud 19. But I was instructed to put the pen back in the box with all the others, kinda defeats the purpose. Then at station D, the chairs were not all 6 feet apart. Do you understand how social distancing works?

Only wish there's an lower star I can give. I made a call to make an appointment and when I asked receptionist who picked up to repeat one questions for a few times, (since her speech didn't sound very clear and it was about a procedure I was not familiar with), the clinic staff simply hung up without trying to slow down or even explaining the procedure. I called back but only to find out my phone number was blocked? Absolutely horrifying service...
