Love Allina River Falls! Dr Moore is always great, never seems rushed, and always makes sure she answers all questions. Referral department is also amazing! Teresa from referral department is awesome. She checked my insurance and checked to make sure the provider we were seeing was in network! Would highly recommend!

Not a patient but actually a colleague of a patient. Nurses seemed skilled and caring. Did not get to see interaction with a doctor. Sampled the food. It was bland but not bad. I heard that they removed all salt from the food. That mite explain it. But how about adding garlic or red pepper or something to zing it up?? Those things are supposed to work wonders for our health too. This hospital actually has a menu that patients can order off of. Prices are basically 8.00 per meal. Not bad. The other staff and nurses station attendees were helpful. Waiting area had clean comfortable chairs and fast WiFi.

Dr. Katie Hecker is an amazing Pediatrician! I am switching to her for all my kids! She takes her time with my kids, is fun, very friendly, makes sure all your kids’ needs are met and makes your child feel comfortable. Best of all, she specializes in Special Needs which is huge, because I have 3! My girls just love her! We will definitely be back to see her. My girls ask when they can see her next, lol!

Visited today, Sunday! Very supportive, very helpful! Very knowledgeable. I am in awe! I felt so cozy and even got to make an excellent cup of coffee! They know how to be professional and humorous at the same time! The receptionist was so awesome, she knew I was in pain, and made the process so easy! Thanks Allina, you haven’t let me down ever!
