Extremely easy communication with manager over any little question I had. Fairly lenient on due date. Clean units. Took away one star because little on the pricier side and only pay with check/cash in mail or drop off. Online payment would be a great feature.

Best ever! Have stored our camper for 7 years. So clean inside there is not even dust on it! We have told many people at many campgrounds that this is a wonderful place with the most incredible owners! And they work with you on when to bring in and get out again. And honestly- found it by looking for the best price and this was it!!

I stored my truck over the winter of 2018-19 at this facility. The customer service at this location is absolutely incredible. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The winter storage deal they had is also very nice, which was from November-April. One can access their stored belongings throughout their term and the facility is secured well. I decided to get my truck out of storage prior to the end of the term which I informed the staff dropping off my keys to the garage at their convenient key drop-off. Unexpectedly, I received a check in the mail from them as a partial return since I took my truck out of storage prior to the end of the term. I did not ask for it but they kindly provided it. If I have anything else to store I will definitely go back to them! Thanks to the staff for everything!

Rob and Melissa were very accomadating and helpful. They were very easy to work with and the pricing was very reasonable. With the security systems they have in place, I had no worries about any of type of theft or damage. The unit and the lot are very well kept and clean. When I cancelled and needed to extend, they were quick to respond and made certain I was able to retain a storage area for my things. Having more than one location, they were very helpful in helping me find the location that would be most useful to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage facility. I rented both inside and an outside storage area while I was in the area.
