Ben and Julia were wonderful to work with. I had to take my vehicle to the dealer for service the day before a trip from PA to FL, and the repair could not be completed before my departure. My extended warranty covers a rental during repairs, and Ben and Julia got me a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan to use for my trip to Florida. The vehicle was wonderful, and the staff was very accommodating. They saved my trip by getting me a car so quickly. They were some of the friendliest people that I’ve dealt with, and they are the reason I will continue to use Enterprise for car rentals. I highly recommend their Allison Park, PA location!

Very frustrating once we learned your credit card can only be ran once in 24hr period. Which almost screwed up our entire family vacation getting rental car. They ran the entire amount during pick up for \security deposit\. Staff was very helpful until credit issue. Once we resolved it unable to get three team members to work with us. Make sure to use another company or get all your stuff in order before pick up. Credit card, State license, Proof of active insurance. If your spouse is going on the same trip have them bring there ID too just in case the credit card fails.
The service at Enterprise is absolutely amazing. Robby that works at this location deserves a raise immediately! He was outstanding at his job through the whole process. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service!
The manager Julia at this branch gave absolutely terrible service. Took forever, rushed attitude, and not clean. Cars smell terrible. I would never recommend this site. It also seemed very unprofessional that I overheard her advertising her own Amway company to another person while at work. I’m surprised they would let a manager do this.
I have used Enterprise services for numerous business travel needs but this was the first time for personal use. Due to the pandemic it was recommended we try and bring as much of our weekly supplies as possible to our vacation destination. We needed more space and I chose to rent an SUV. Nick was fantastic to deal with. On the day of pick-up Nick took the time to show me the various models available and the whole rental process was very smooth and efficient. Return was just as smooth and final receipt was emailed to me shortly thereafter. The rental made our whole vacation a lot less stressful - thank you Nick and the entire Enterprise team.
